Randy Hall has been my car salesman for many years. In 2013 I was a mom of 2 young boys driving a vehicle with aweful mechanical issues that a buy here pay here car lot stuck me with. GR Chevrolet was able to get me approved even though my credit wasn't the greatest. My experience with Randy Hall was great. He goes above and beyond. He explained the whole process, when I had questions he responded quickly, and he had great recommendations and knowledge about their inventory. In fact, I bought the first car he showed me. A 2013 Mazda 3. Not long after, we started dating, moved in together combining our family, and married in 2015 (Not only did he gain a wife and 2 kids, but a car payment also. Lol. 😂). Needless to say, my little Mazda was to small for our now family of 6. Randy helped me choose a mom mobile that was perfect for our family in 2015. I loved my Chrysler Town & Country. I had it for years before trading into a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe. It was the same with the Santa Fe - loved it! Last year I took a travel position in Roanoke. My commute to work is about 45 minutes. I needed something better on gas and now that some of our kids are driving I could down size to a car. Thanks to GR Chevrolet and Randy I am now driving a 2019 Honda Civic. Big thank you to GR Chevrolet and Randy Hall for always taking care of my vehicle needs.
